Topcon Medical Systems Receives ServiceMax Customer Impact Award
Topcon Medical Systems attended Maximize 2017 hosted by ServiceMax, from GE Digital. Throughout the course of three days, over 450 attendees gathered at the annual field service event as ServiceMax executives, customers and industry experts discussed the next frontier of field service delivery and upcoming trends in IoT, AI and the ideation of zero unplanned downtime.
During the event, Topcon was presented with the ServiceMax Impact Award, an award granted to an industry leader who has experienced a marked change in culture and transformation as it relates to its customers since implementing ServiceMax. The award also acknowledges the company’s innovative use of technology.
“ServiceMax’s ease of use and detailed reporting has vastly improved our customer support. Our service teams can work within one system that pulls and pushes data to and from other sources alleviating additional work and delivering faster support to our customers,” Gene Borbone, Senior Vice President of Operations, Topcon, said in a company news release. “ServiceMax also provides Topcon improved quality analysis by enhancing data faster with a higher level of reporting executive management teams.”
Topcon is also pleased to announce that it will be showcasing equipment and services at this year’s American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA from November 11 to November 14, 2017.
